Every year approximately forty million Americans move their place of residence and/or business, but their old addresses often remain in mailer’s databases. It is estimated that at least 8% of all mail is undeliverable because of incorrect addresses. This means lost opportunities, lost sales, and wasted money.
Solution: The NCOALink System makes available current change of address information, helping to reduce undeliverable mail. Addressing errors are identified and corrected before mail enters the mailstream.
As of November 23, 2008, the USPS will require that most standard and first-class presort mail lists are processed through the NCOALink system. This will provide cleaner and more up-to-date lists, improving deliverability.

Your list must be provided in Excel, CSV or Tab-Delimited format with separate fields for First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State and ZIP.
